私たちは、豊かな松林と海という景観を守り、宮崎という食の宝庫における安心安全な食の提供と、変わらぬおもてなしの心で
お客様をお迎えをするということが、最も重要な使命であり、私たちのありたい姿でもあると考えています。
そして、私たちはその考えのもと、 フェニックス・シーガイア・リゾートのサステナビティリティビジョン『ひとも地球も、元気にするリゾートへ』を策定しました。
社会に必要とされる会社であり続けることを目的とし、「製品/サービス」「人」「環境」を3つの重要課題（マテリアリティ）として、
2030年までにそれぞれの課題解決に向け取り組みます。

Sustainability x Hospitality
Providing product suggestions and meal menus that will please both customers and the earth
We have realized that "hospitality" is actually "sustainability." We will continue to provide products and menus that please both our customers and the earth.

Collaborative efforts with the local community
Participation in environmental projects/regional collaboration activities, etc.
We are actively engaged in community cooperation activities, such as participating in a project launched with the aim of restoring Black Pine Forest affected by pine wilt disease, and planning and implementing environmental conservation events together with neighboring facilities and organizations.

Industry-academia collaboration: Initiative with the University of Miyazaki
Collaboration with specialist fields that is only possible at SEAGAIA
PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT offers a wide variety of jobs, which makes it possible to collaborate with various specialized fields, such as the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Medicine. We will continue to cooperate and collaborate on initiatives that can utilize our expertise.

PRIDE指標 Silver認定獲得
フェニックス・シーガイア・リゾートは、企業などの団体におけるLGBTQ＋など性的マイノリティに関するダイバーシティ・マネジメントの促進と定着を支援する団体「一般社団法人 work with Pride」 が策定するLGBTQ+など性的マイノリティに関する取り組みの評価指数において、2025年11月に、Silver認定を取得しました。

Obtained the Mental Barrier-Free Certification
The "Barrier-Free in the Heart Certification System" is a certification system promoted by the Japan Tourism Agency for tourist facilities that are proactively working to provide barrier-free access and information. PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER and SEAGAIA FOREST CONDOMINIUMS / SEAGAIA FOREST COTTAGES were certified as eligible facilities in November 2024.

Winner of the Eco Mark Award 2022 Excellence Award
PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER won the Excellence Award at the Eco Mark Awards 2022, sponsored by the Japan Environment Association, a public interest incorporated foundation.

Awarded as a "Miyazaki Prefecture Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Business"
In 2019, the company was recognized as a "Miyazaki Prefecture Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Business" for its exemplary efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in business activities within Miyazaki Prefecture.

PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER receives Eco Mark certification
We obtained certification on Friday, December 24, 2021, under the Eco Mark Product Category No. 503 "Hotels and Inns Version 2.1" certification standards established by the Japan Environment Association, a public interest incorporated foundation.

SEAGAIA FOREST CONDOMINIUMS / SEAGAIA FOREST COTTAGES Eco Mark Certified
We were certified on Thursday, February 22, 2024, under the Eco Mark Product Category No. 503 "Hotels and Inns Version 2.2" certification criteria established by the Japan Environment Association, a public interest incorporated foundation.
In-house training and study sessions
We provide a wide range of sustainability training.
In fiscal 2024, we held an "SDGs Card Game" for new employees led by an in-house instructor, and an "LGBTQ+ Corporate Training Basic Course" with an external lecturer.
In addition, various departments regularly hold study sessions, such as the "Study Session on Seafood Certification" and the "Seminar on Foreign Matter Contamination," which are open to all employees, and provide valuable opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills.
