PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT offers a wide variety of job types, making it possible to collaborate with people from various fields of expertise.

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Miyazaki, Densan Corporation, and Phoenix Resort have begun developing an AI system in 2022 that will notify customers of remaining food at a buffet, with the aim of reducing food waste.
Milk that has been milked and pasteurized at a nearby farm, Sumiyoshi Field, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Miyazaki, is served on the club floor. Milk was also used in the sweets served at local events.

The hotel's fitness club aims to establish personal training services and will invite a professor from the Rehabilitation Department of the University of Miyazaki's School of Medicine to hold a seminar and create a method.
