The amount of CO2 fixed by the approximately 2,417,000m² of green space at PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT is equivalent to the amount emitted when calculating the annual electricity consumption of 2,168 households. Our company's unique, ecosystem-focused pine management method, which uses only natural materials that are completely unaffected by environmental hormones, has enabled us to achieve this. While pine forests are experiencing severe damage nationwide, with more than 15 pine trees dying per hectare, the efforts we have made since the resort's development have resulted in some years when the number of pine trees dying per year was an astonishing 0.4 trees per hectare.
