■Naming Story: "Ocean45"
Looking out over the unobstructed Pacific Ocean, people dream of what lies beyond this sea.
Then, I once again realize that the horizon is round, and I am reminded that I am living on a round Earth.
Now, more than 30 years later, the desire to cherish the day SEAGAIA was born has once again arisen in my heart. I want to return to my roots and engrave the greatness of nature into my soul.
With that feeling from over 30 years ago in mind, we have resurrected it here in SEAGAIA as "Ocean45." People only become adults when they are able to look back on the past. We want this to be a place where such adults can gather, talk, and spend time in peace.
This place is a place where people can find healing while thinking about the Pacific Ocean that connects to the seven seas.
"Ocean45" aims to be such a place.
■Renewal concept
It is a place where people who have spent their time in various ways during their journey can go to find a break and rest.
The outdoor design furniture is light and comfortable to sit on, and the colorful plants are a diverse combination of high-quality, resort-like tree species. The garden is surrounded by tropical plants, and the design has been renewed to create a relaxing atmosphere. The art in the atrium depicts rain, waterfalls, and sparkling light, gently pouring the blessings of nature into the space.
Enjoy a drink after your meal and enjoy a special moment of calm and relaxation with the gentle aftertaste.

Mariage Night - Enjoy pairings of wine, cheese, and sweets -
A special event will be held prior to the opening of "Ocean45."
Executive Chef and Pastry Chef Masato Hiyoshi, who is a pastry chef and has taken his first steps as a sommelier, will be offering wines and sweets selected under the theme of "New World." In addition, the pairing course will be served with cheeses carefully selected by Katsunori Fujita, Head Chef of Confectionery and Bakery, who is a certified cheese professional.
Participants in this event will be the first to experience the new "Ocean45," so don't miss this opportunity.
