The app's digital membership card allows you to check and use points, so you don't have to carry your membership card around or worry about losing it.

Membership Stage

[Three Membership Stages] Earn more stage miles to enjoy even more luxurious resort stays
Your membership level will increase depending on the number of stage miles you earn each year. There are also special services available only to Platinum and Gold stage members.
What is Stage Miles?
You will receive 1 mile for every 100 yen spent at participating stores (stores that offer points). Stage mile calculation period is the 12-month period from January to December. Your membership stage will be updated every year on January 1st based on your total miles from the previous year. As you move up the stages, it becomes easier to accumulate points and you will also receive additional benefits.
*Stage mileage accrual rates are the same regardless of membership stage.
*To advance to a higher membership level, you must register your membership information (online) during the calculation period.
*Stage miles will not be awarded for accommodation or golf bookings made through travel agencies or travel sites (excluding our official website).

What are points?
Points are earned every time you stay at a participating store, play golf, shop, etc. Accumulated points can be used to pay for purchases, exchange for gift items, or make donations.
Please present your membership card when using participating stores.

<About point expiration dates>
Points earned in a year (January to December) are valid for four years, including the current year. Gift points are valid for 90 days, including the day they are received.
*However, this does not apply to points earned through point campaigns, coupon distribution, etc.
Expired points and gift points will become invalid and will automatically expire.

SPMC members can send and receive points from one another starting from 1 point. Received points can be used at participating stores.
●Sending limit: 100,000 points/year
●Maximum points earned: 500,000 points/year
*You cannot send gifts between members of the same membership number or gift points.
●Deadline for receiving gift points
If 7 days have passed since the date of delivery, the item will expire and be returned to the sender.
*Cancelled or expired gift points will be returned as gift points.
●Gift point expiration date
Pickup: 90 days including the day of pickup
Cancellation: 90 days including the cancellation date
Return due to expiration: 90 days including the return date
