We aim to provide a comfortable hotel stay for wheelchair users and elderly guests.

For wheelchair users, people with physical limitations, elderly customers, etc.
We offer barrier-free rooms to make your stay even more comfortable, and we also rent out wheelchairs.

lending

We have wheelchairs, strollers, and shower chairs (for use in guest rooms) available for rental. If you do not bring your own or have difficulty bringing your own, please feel free to use them. If you need any of these, please ask a member of staff nearby.

A parking lot with ample space for easy boarding and disembarking is located near the main entrance on the first floor of the hotel. Wheelchair users, guests with physical disabilities, and elderly guests can use this parking lot. Guests can also board and disembark at the entrance on the second floor.

There is a wheelchair-accessible, ostomate-friendly multipurpose restroom (with hot water wash) next to the entrance to the hot spring facility "Shosenkyu" on the 1st floor of PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU". Baby seats for diaper changing are installed in the women's restrooms on floors 1-3 and basement 1, and in the men's and women's restrooms on the 42nd floor and 1st floor*.

 

Hot spring facilities

We offer rental shower chairs to assist with bathing. Please request one when you make your reservation, or whenever necessary. At Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU" Onsen, shower chairs are permanently installed in the large bath, and special bathing suits to cover scars are sold at the reception desk.

Installation of AEDs (automated external defibrillators)


AEDs are installed throughout the resort. The resort is also certified as a Miyazaki Emergency Station by the Miyazaki City Fire Department, and employees have undergone basic first aid training.
