Pine Terrace is a buffet-style restaurant with the theme of "Miyazaki Terroir" (the deliciousness of local ingredients grown in Miyazaki's soil), where you can taste and experience the "food treasure trove of Miyazaki" through global cuisine and cooking methods, including local dishes, as well as Miyazaki vegetables and other fruits, high-quality meats such as Miyazaki beef, and the abundant seafood nurtured by the Kuroshio Current.

Taste Miyazaki through rice balls
In addition to the main ingredients of Miyazaki beef simmered in soy sauce and Okuhyuga salmon grilled in saikyo style, there are plenty of other ingredients that go well with onigiri, such as tsukudani kelp, mentaiko, takana mustard greens with yuzu pepper, and meat miso!

いちごフェア「Strawberry × Milky」
The buffet's sweets corner offers sweets that combine milky ingredients with strawberries. A wide variety of gorgeous sweets are available, including a light and fluffy strawberry roll cake, strawberry-scented scones, strawberry tiramisu, strawberry-flavored warabimochi, strawberry-flavored melon bread, and the classic strawberry shortcake. There are 15 types of strawberry sweets available at dinner time and 8 types at lunch time. Also, strawberry baumkuchen will be available exclusively at dinner on Saturdays and Sundays!
