Pine Terrace is a buffet-style restaurant with the theme of "Miyazaki Terroir" (the deliciousness of local ingredients grown in Miyazaki's soil), where you can taste and experience the "food treasure trove of Miyazaki" through global cuisine and cooking methods, including local dishes, as well as Miyazaki vegetables and other fruits, high-quality meats such as Miyazaki beef, and the abundant seafood nurtured by the Kuroshio Current.

Taste Miyazaki through rice balls
In addition to the main ingredients of Miyazaki beef simmered in soy sauce and Okuhyuga salmon grilled in saikyo style, there are plenty of other ingredients that go well with onigiri, such as tsukudani kelp, mentaiko, takana mustard greens with yuzu pepper, and meat miso!

Snow White Holiday ~A sparkling winter for you~
With the arrival of winter, a world of white spreads across Garden Buffet "PINE TERRACE" Cheese macarons, white chocolate tablets, smooth panna cotta, and a white roll cake that melts in your mouth. Dinner Buffet "Crab Fair"
The dinner buffet will feature a variety of crab dishes, including charcoal-grilled crab shoulder, steamed crab in thickened crab soup, and crab and shrimp miso ramen! Additionally, we will be offering warming dishes such as crab sundubu and homemade tofu in December and February, and crab sukiyaki in January.
