Banyan Tree Spa in Miyazaki is the only location in Japan that employs senior therapists and trainers who have completed training at the Banyan Academy, which is certified by the Thai government, and have acquired the necessary skills.

After the treatment, you will be welcomed with a drink and a vegetable roll in the relaxing "Relaxation Lounge." You will feel incredibly refreshed and energized. Your whole body will be filled with energy, and you will be refreshed by the warm encounter with your therapist.

Terms of Use
■ Etiquette
Please refrain from making noise that may disturb other guests.
Additionally, children are not permitted in the spa unless accompanied by an adult during treatment.
Please respect the privacy of other customers and speak quietly.
Please turn off your mobile phones and electronic devices or set them to silent mode.
■Refreshment & Relaxation Time
Each visit includes 30 minutes of relaxation time (excluding hand and foot treatments and certain à la carte treatments).
■ Check-in
To avoid shortening your treatment time, please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that if you are late for your reservation, your usage time will be shortened to avoid causing inconvenience to other customers.
■ Requests before use
*Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
*Please note that there are limitations on the menu options available to pregnant customers. Please contact us directly for more information.
■ Valuables
Please refrain from wearing valuables while inside the spa.
Management and staff are not responsible for the loss of any cash or valuables brought onto the spa premises.
Smoking and drinking
Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within the spa.
■Cancellation
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your reservation.
Please note that changes may not be possible depending on the reservation situation.
If you do not contact us by 5:00 PM the day before to cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the spa fee.
If you do not show up without prior notice, you will be charged the full spa fee.
■Refund conditions
Treatment packages are non-refundable.
Any unused portion of the package is non-transferable.
■Gift certificates
