Cancellations or changes on the day of use are not accepted.

In addition, reservations made via the following channels cannot be cancelled.

  • Accommodation plan with airfare
  • Travel agency (counter application, via web)
  • Overseas sites (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia)

Please be aware of this.

 

The AI will ask you the following questions:

  • Confirm the name of the facility you wish to cancel. *See below
  • Name of person making the reservation (full name)
  • Confirm the date of use (please answer in the order of year, month, day)
  • The phone number registered at the time of booking
  • We will verify whether you are a member.
    *We will contact you after the cancellation is confirmed to get back to you.
