The ceiling is made using traditional Miyazaki techniques
The view from the bath is likened to the world of Watatsumi, and there is a pond at the end of the open-air bath, which helps to relax and unwind.
Looking up from the indoor bath, you can see the lattice ceiling made with Miyazaki's traditional Oshima lacquerware technique.
The color changes depending on the direction you look up, representing the four seasons of Japan. *The design is based on the image of a traditional hot spring resort, with the bathtub and changing room located in the same space.
