Enjoying breakfast while gazing at the magnificent Pacific Ocean stretching out below is truly a luxury in itself.
The main dishes, which are carefully prepared one by one after you place your order, use "Ebino Kogen Eggs" from Ebino City, Miyazaki Prefecture. These eggs, produced from the bounty of Kirishima's nature and carefully raised chickens, are characterized by their elasticity and rich flavor. You can choose from egg dishes such as "Aya Grape Pork Kinako-Scented Egg Galette," "Sadowara Eggplant Dress Omelet," and "Omelet Wrapped in the Bounty of Miyazaki." Other items such as salads, cheeses, and soups are available in a half-buffet style.
In the early morning, you might encounter the magical "path of the rising sun" illuminating the ocean. Be sure to experience this special morning.

The breakfast buffet menu has been revamped! Local Miyazaki dishes such as chilled soup and kamaage udon noodles will be available, along with daily specials such as chicken nanban, charcoal-grilled chicken, and original gyoza dumplings, all of which are unique to Miyazaki.
In addition, there is a wide selection of items that women will love, such as scrambled eggs, yogurt, a vegetable section, and fruit.
With a rich lineup of around 50 different Japanese and Western dishes, you can enjoy a moment that will satisfy both your body and mind from the morning.
