ご注文をいただいてから、一皿ずつ丁寧にお作りするメイン料理に使用するのは、宮崎県えびの市産の「えびの高原卵」。霧島の大自然の恵みと、こだわり抜いた鶏の育て方から生まれた卵は、弾力があり、濃厚な味わいが特徴です。「綾ぶどう豚 きな粉香るエッグガレット」や「佐土原茄子のドレスオムレツ」、「宮崎の恵みを包んだオムレツ」などの卵料理からお選びいただけます。その他、サラダやチーズ、スープなどはハーフビュッフェスタイルでご用意。

The breakfast buffet menu has been revamped! Local Miyazaki dishes such as chilled soup and kamaage udon noodles will be available, along with daily specials such as chicken nanban, charcoal-grilled chicken, and original gyoza dumplings, all of which are unique to Miyazaki.
In addition, there is a wide selection of items that women will love, such as scrambled eggs, yogurt, a vegetable section, and fruit.
With a rich lineup of around 50 different Japanese and Western dishes, you can enjoy a moment that will satisfy both your body and mind from the morning.
