In terms of "people," we are working on the themes of "DE&I" and "workplace environment," aiming to be a resort where everyone can thrive, and are working to promote women's participation in the workplace, be LGBT friendly, and improve the work environment. We have begun efforts to create a work environment where everyone can work in their own way and develop their careers.

We have a comprehensive support system to help you realize your career vision, and we have created an environment where you can envision and take on challenges with peace of mind both physically and mentally.

We have introduced a system whereby couples can be recognized as spouses regardless of their gender on the family register by presenting a "Partnership Declaration Receipt" issued by the local government.

Starting in fiscal 2024, the number of annual holidays will be increased from 96 to 101 days, and the starting salary for new graduates hired in fiscal 2024 will also be increased.

In order to create a comfortable working environment that suits everyone's life stage, we are promoting activities such as encouraging men to take childcare leave and receive income.
