"Safe and secure"

Providing safe and secure food / Formulating a business recovery plan (BCP)
In the "Products/Services" area, we aim to maintain a safe and secure environment for "safety and security," and are working on the items of "Providing safe and secure food" and "Establishing a BCP." For example, in the "Providing safe and secure food" area, we procure locally produced and certified ingredients and food products from known producers.

Actively providing local ingredients

The restaurant actively promotes the use of locally harvested vegetables from Miyazaki Prefecture, and has also begun purchasing organic vegetables from Aya Town, which is well known nationwide.

Procurement of certified ingredients

Some of our stores serve organic rice grown on farms certified under Organic JAS and ASIAGAP.

Monthly HACCP committee meetings are held

HACCP is a hygiene management method to ensure product safety. We regularly check for safety and security, including food poisoning, contamination, and raw material delivery.

Regular study sessions

Various departments take the lead in holding regular study sessions, such as "Study sessions on seafood certification," "Seminars on foreign matter contamination," and "Study sessions on allergies," in collaboration with related companies and with external lecturers.

 

Formulating a BCP

We are currently formulating a business plan that outlines methods and means for continuing core business operations and enabling early recovery in the event of a disaster or other emergency.
