地下1000ｍの深さ、1千万年前の地層から湧き出すお湯は、太古の海の化石成分が溶け出したミネラル豊富な美人の湯。
月の名をもつ2つの湯屋と5つの離れ湯、そして、放送作家の小山薫堂氏が提唱する“湯道（ゆどう）”を体現する公認湯室第一号の「おゆのみや」など、宮崎の持つ、歴史・芸能・伝統・文化そして神話の要素を取り入れた情緒あふれる空間が広がります。

Abundant hot springs
The bathhouses incorporate traditional Japanese styles and create a somewhat mystical, soothing Japanese atmosphere. They come in three types: Private Bath "HANAREYU", "SHINGETSU," and "TSUKUYOMI." They are named after the moon peeking out from above the pine forest.
Enjoy your own personal rest
Private Bath "HANAREYU" has an open-air bath and gazebo, and is fully equipped with a shower room and washbasin. Take a nap, read a book, or soak in the hot spring. Enjoy the quiet, relaxing hot spring space to your heart's content.

Relax and rejuvenate in the "beauty bath"
This is an iodine-containing, sodium-chloride, strong salt hot spring that springs from a 10 million year old stratum 1000 meters underground.
The dissolved fossil components from the ancient sea are effective in relieving fatigue, sensitivity to cold, joint pain, and various other ailments, and the hot spring is also known as a "beauty bath."

A yukata-clad corridor that makes you want to snuggle up
The journey to the hot springs is also a special time that makes your heart leap. The 230m long "Yukata Walk TSUKUYOMI" is equipped with walls to block the wind and heaters, and special hanten jackets are available to rent for those who come dressed lightly, making it comfortable even in winter.
With new scenery appearing around every corner, you'll never get bored as you enjoy the walk to the bathhouse. The dynamic reliefs depicting the twelve zodiac signs and the illuminated object reminiscent of Misogi Pond that appears as you walk along the corridor are popular photo spots.

Rental of colorful yukata and Obi cedar geta sandals
Put on a yukata, stroll through THE LIVING GARDEN or Yukata Walk, clattering your geta sandals, and you'll feel even more like you're on a trip.
At the colorful yukata rental corner next to the Activity Center on the 2nd floor, you can choose your favorite yukata from a wide variety of patterns.
