Remarks
- In order to reduce the resources used for cleaning, we will generally clean your room once every three days for guests staying multiple nights.
(If you wish, we can also accommodate cleaning on days other than the designated cleaning day.) - If you need towel changes or trash collection, please contact extension 2 by 10:00 AM on the day of your stay.
- Even if cleaning is not required, we will inspect your room once every three nights for facility maintenance and safety reasons.
- Please note that cleaning is an additional charge for some plans.
- Razors and toothbrushes are available at the front desk.

- The accommodation fee does not include pets. The pet accommodation conditions and fees are as follows:
Indoor dogs (small, medium, large) up to 3 dogs per room, 3,300 yen per dog per night (same price for the second dog and onwards) - Please fill in the "Customer Information" section on the reservation screen if you would like to have a barbecue (first floor only), and the type and number of pets.
Terms of Use
- Legal and optional vaccinations (combination vaccines) are a condition for accommodation.
- You will be required to present a certificate of vaccination against five or more diseases (within the last year) and a certificate of vaccination against rabies (within the last year).
- Dogs in heat (menstruation) are not allowed.
- If you have any circumstances that prevent you from receiving the vaccine, please contact us separately.
If you are bringing a pet with you, you may bring it into the condo lobby (1st/2nd floor) at check-in/check-out, provided that it is in a carrier (case or bag).

How to spend your time
There are plenty of spots around the resort where you can spend time with your dog! Take a walk with your dog to the nearest beach, Sun Beach Hitotsuba, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The vast Black Pine Forest with its pleasant sunlight filtering through the trees and the scent of the trees, is full of phytoncides, which have the effect of relieving fatigue, revitalizing cells, and relaxing the mind.
