This accommodation plan includes two meals and allows you to choose dinner from five of PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER 's most famous restaurants. Enjoy the chef's specialties at each restaurant.
In March, Pine Terrace will be offering a wide variety of eye-catching desserts at its buffet sweets corner, combining milky ingredients with strawberries. These include a light and fluffy strawberry roll cake, strawberry-scented scones, strawberry tiramisu, strawberry-flavored warabimochi (strawberry mochi), strawberry-flavored melon bread, and the classic strawberry shortcake.

What's more, all-you-can-eat steamed snow crab will be delivered to your seat.

THE LIVING GARDEN will be transformed into a gorgeous, photogenic space with the theme of a "Spring Garden Party." There will also be a photo spot where you can take photos as if you are enjoying a party in a garden full of flowers. At night, the garden will be lit up, allowing you to experience a spring night surrounded by flowers and light.
PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER will be holding a limited-time "Strawberry Fair" from Sunday, March 1st to Thursday, April 30th, 2026.
During this period, all restaurants and bars in the hotel, including Garden Buffet "PINE TERRACE" will be serving menus using strawberries. You can enjoy seasonal strawberries in a variety of styles, including desserts, dishes, and cocktails.
