We offer a wide variety of dishes that allow you to experience Hokkaido's food culture. For dinner, we feature local specialties such as "Taraba-gani no Teppo-jiru" (king crab soup) with the rich flavor of crab, and "Jingisukan" (grilled lamb), as well as regional delicacies like "Zangi" (fried chicken) and "Soup Curry." You can enjoy the flavors that have been loved in the northern land.

Inspired by the snowy landscapes of Hokkaido, the dessert corner is adorned with white-themed sweets. Cream puffs, mousses, roll cakes, and Japanese sweets featuring the adorable long-tailed tit, a wild bird native to Hokkaido, are on display, capturing its charming appearance in sweet form.

We also offer a variety of white-themed treats, including milk panna cotta, kugelhopf with Camembert cheese, and milk butter sandwich cookies. In our dessert corner, where the cuteness of the long-tailed tit and the white world reminiscent of snow unfold, we offer you a moment to immerse yourself in the charm of Hokkaido.
