Coffee roastery "SEAGAIA ROASTERY"
On Monday, June 1, SEAGAIA opened its original coffee roastery, SEAGAIA ROASTERY, on the 2nd floor of PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER.
With the introduction of roasting machines, four original blends inspired by the SEAGAIA 's scenery and the passage of time were developed.
Starting Monday, June 1, 2026, we will begin offering SEAGAIA original coffees selected according to the location and occasion at our in-house restaurants and lounges, delivering a "fragrant experience" throughout the resort.
KAZE-MACHI TERRACE will also be selling coffee beans.
Cappuccino-flavored cheese bun
A new sweet treat supervised by Executive Chef Patissier Hiyoshi. This cheese bun features a coffee dough made with the original "TOKI" blend, filled with white bean paste and cream cheese, resulting in a subtly bitter and elegant flavor reminiscent of a cappuccino. Freshly baked buns are available in-store daily at 11:00 and 14:00.
