If you apply for the "SPMC Email Newsletter Subscriber Exclusive Gift Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") run by Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. for SPMC members, you will be deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
To apply for the campaign, you must be an SPMC member who is registered with the SPMC email newsletter.
Each person will be limited to one entry during each campaign period.
Applications must be submitted via electronic devices such as a computer, smartphone, tablet, etc. Applications will not be accepted via postcard, telephone, or fax.
Applications are limited to Japanese residents (addresses within Japan) who have registered through the Japanese website.
Please note that if there are any errors in your customer information (such as entering an incorrect email address or registering multiple times using a third party's email address), your application and winning will be invalid.
If you do not comply with these application terms and conditions, your application and winning will be invalidated without notice.
Participation in this campaign is at the applicant's own discretion and responsibility, and we will not be liable for any damages incurred by the applicant in the course of applying, unless it is proven that we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Participation in this campaign is free of charge, but applicants will be responsible for any connection and communication fees incurred when applying.

The winning rights cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or other products.
The prize accommodation vouchers, dinner vouchers, lunch vouchers and Banyan Tree Spa gift vouchers have blackout dates and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
When using the service, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs from your home to PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT.
The prize will be sent to the address registered with SPMC. Shipping costs will be covered by our company.
Delivery date and time, delivery method, delivery company, and prize expiration date cannot be specified.
The personal information you provide or submit will be used by Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. to send prizes to the winners of this campaign and to contact them regarding this matter, as well as in the form of non-personally identifiable statistical information for reference in products and services. Your personal information will not be disclosed or provided to any third party other than our business partners without your consent (except when disclosure is required by law, etc.).
