■Eligibility for winning
- Members who have agreed to receive email newsletters via SEAGAIA official app or member site during the campaign period.
- Members who receive the SPMC email newsletter in which this gift campaign is announced.
- Members residing in Japan whose prize delivery address is within Japan.
Each person may only enter once during each campaign period. Multiple entries will only be counted as one.

If you apply for the "SPMC Email Newsletter Subscriber Exclusive Gift Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") run by Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. for SPMC members, you will be deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
To participate in this campaign, you must be an SPMC member who is subscribed to the SPMC email newsletter.
Each person may only enter once during each campaign period. Multiple entries will only be counted as one.
Applications will only be accepted via electronic devices such as PCs, smartphones, or tablets. Applications by postcard, telephone, or fax will not be accepted.
Applications are limited to residents of Japan (those with an address in Japan) who register through the Japanese website.
Please note that if there are any errors in your customer information (such as incorrect email address entry or registering multiple times using a third party's email address), your application and/or winning entry will be invalidated.
Failure to comply with these application rules will result in the invalidation of your application and/or winning status without prior notice.
Participation in this campaign is at the applicant's own discretion and responsibility, and we will not be held liable for any damages incurred by the applicant in connection with the application, except in cases where it is proven that we were found to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Participation in this campaign is free, but applicants are responsible for any connection or communication charges incurred during the application process.

The winning rights cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or other products.
The prize accommodation vouchers, dinner vouchers, lunch vouchers and Banyan Tree Spa gift vouchers have blackout dates and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
When using the service, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs from your home to PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT.
The prize will be sent to the address registered with SPMC. Shipping costs will be covered by our company.
Delivery date and time, delivery method, delivery company, and prize expiration date cannot be specified.
The personal information you provide or submit will be used by Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd. to send prizes to the winners of this campaign and to contact them regarding this matter, as well as in the form of non-personally identifiable statistical information for reference in products and services. Your personal information will not be disclosed or provided to any third party other than our business partners without your consent (except when disclosure is required by law, etc.).
