The appeal of frozen New Year's dishes

Freshly made deliciousness

Each dish is carefully prepared with attention to detail and flash-frozen in its optimal state, preserving the freshness and rich flavor of the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the taste of freshly made food at home. Furthermore, the chef's beautiful presentation is maintained even during delivery, so you can enjoy a gorgeous Osechi (Japanese New Year's feast) simply by thawing it.
The best-before date is approximately one month when kept frozen!
*Please note that refreezing osechi (traditional Japanese New Year's food) after it has been thawed will impair its flavor.

Free shipping/nationwide delivery

We ship nationwide with free shipping. (Shipping costs are covered by us.)

*Please note that delivery is not available to some areas, such as remote islands.
*Delivery date: Wednesday, December 30, 2026

How to thaw frozen New Year's food

① Once your Osechi arrives at your home, remove it from the outer box and immediately place it in the freezer for storage.

② The day before you plan to eat it, please thaw it naturally in the refrigerator (5-10°C) for 24 hours.

③ Furthermore, leaving it at room temperature (approximately 20°C) for 1-2 hours before serving will make it even more delicious.

*The thawing time is an estimate. Please consume as soon as possible after thawing.
*Please note that refreezing osechi (traditional Japanese New Year's food) after it has been thawed will impair its flavor.
