Ristorante ARCO
For both lunch and dinner, we're featuring snow crab peperoncino. For lunch, enjoy a dish that combines the rich flavor of snow crab with the vibrant color of spinach, while for dinner, we've prepared a dish that incorporates the rich flavor of bottarga from Miyazaki Prefecture. Enjoy these winter-only pastas that highlight the unique qualities of each ingredient.

Teppanyaki "FUKAMI"

Japanese Restaurant "HIMUKA"
Rice cooked with the delicious flavor of wild crab is then combined with crab meat, crab miso, and ginger, and finished to a fluffy texture using residual heat. This is a limited-time winter-only rice dish cooked in a pot, with the rich flavor of crab accented by the refreshing aroma of ginger.

Stars will dance down from the night sky in "THE LIVING GARDEN," a garden area exclusively for guests staying at PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER. The waterside, lit up with countless lights, looks like a starry garden. This year, snow globes and crescent moon-shaped objects will be displayed by the poolside, and the bonfire Fireside Living Area light.

The “Illumination Flower Garden,” which brings color to Miyazaki’s winter, will be held again this year. The theme for 2026 is “LOVE GARDEN ~Connecting Hearts~.” Love for a partner, love for family, love for friends, love for one’s hometown—Centered on the theme of the various “feelings we cherish,” we present a heartwarming garden of light, woven together by sparkling illuminations and colorful flowers.
