This discount (Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount) will be applied within the limits of the subsidy budget allocated to our facility.
Due to time differences caused by high demand and other system-related issues, it may be found that the amount of subsidies allocated to our facility exceeds the maximum limit.
Even in this case, the hotel will not unilaterally cancel the accommodation reservation itself. However, the discount provided by the subsidy may not apply. Whether or not the discount applies will be determined within the limits of the subsidy budget, based on the date and time the hotel receives and confirms the reservation information.
If you are ineligible for the discount, we will contact you within three days of your reservation confirmation via the email address or phone number registered at the time of booking. If there are less than three days until your stay, we will contact you as soon as we can confirm the details.
Furthermore, if you are not eligible for the discount, you may choose one of the following options:
- I will stay at the regular rate before any discounts are applied.
- Cancel your reservation without incurring any cancellation fees.
However, please contact us within 7 days of receiving notification from us that you are ineligible for the discount. If it is less than 7 days before your stay, please contact us at least two days prior.
Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, customers to whom this discount has been applied will receive a notification from STAYNAVI to the email address registered at the time of reservation. Please check your reservation details, including the discount amount.
