ARCO Christmas Lunch & Dinner

Hinata Nabe (hot pot) from "KOMEKYU"
This new hot pot, named "Hinata Nabe" after bringing together the delicious flavors of Miyazaki, is available in two types of soup. One is an extremely spicy soup made with seafood and beef bones, with a distinctive chili pepper aroma and spiciness, while the other is a soup made with plenty of Miyazaki Jidori chicken bones, simmered slowly at low temperature to bring out the umami. You can enjoy it as is, or you can try it with the chef's chive soy sauce sauce and about 20 different condiments to change up the flavor. To finish off, try the flavorful dried sardine udon. Be sure to savor this "Hinata Nabe" that will keep you entertained until the very end.

"Pacifica" Snow Globe
This vodka-based drink is made with the popular Miyazaki drink "Yoguruppe," milk, and honey, and is tinted a soft pink with grenadine syrup and diced strawberries. As the white bubbles on top of the glass pop, a soft puff of smoke spreads, creating a mystical scene that resembles a shaking snow globe.

[Illumination] Starlight Winter ~A special seat for stars and light~
Stars will dance down from the night sky in "THE LIVING GARDEN," a garden area exclusively for guests staying at PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER. The waterside, lit up with countless lights, looks like a starry garden. This year, snow globes and crescent moon-shaped objects will be displayed by the poolside, and the bonfire Fireside Living Area light.
