Dinner Buffet
The dinner buffet features a wide variety of Miyazaki local dishes, including roast Miyazaki beef, chicken nanban, and chilled miso soup. Enjoy a diverse menu based on the theme of "Miyazaki terroir" to your heart's content.
From November to December, a variety of holiday dishes will be available, including roast chicken, creamy chicken stew, pizza inspired by Christmas wreaths, and hand-rolled sushi made with more than 10 different ingredients. Starting in December, a crab fair will be held, with a variety of crab dishes available on the buffet, including charcoal grilled dishes, ramen, and pasta.

Hinata hotpot set
Enjoy the Hinata Nabe with two types of soup: a super spicy seafood and beef bone soup, and a Miyazaki Jidori chicken soup. While enjoying the umami of each soup and comparing their flavors, don't miss out on the carefully selected ingredients. A special sashimi dish, parboiled amberjack, is available exclusively with this plan. Parboiled amberjack in dashi stock and then marbled, this delicate dish evokes the first frosts of winter. Grated daikon radish with a hint of yuzu gently enhances the umami.
