The second installment of the jewel sweets series "Jewel Couleur" that you'll want to give on a special occasion
"Jewel Couleur" is a jewel sweet that has evolved into a more sophisticated item by adding a Japanese touch to "Jewel Angel," which was so popular that it sold out on the day reservations opened for the year up until March this year.
The dish was created by pastry chef Yuko Kawano, winner of the 2024 BEST CHEF Cooking Competition, which was held by the MyStays Hotel Group with the aim of making food a strong pillar of the hotel brand, after repeated trial and error.
Please look forward to these new jewel sweets that are even more brilliant.

Ryotei "SHIKINO" at SEAGAIA CONVENTION CENTER, offers plans to celebrate your child's growth, longevity, and good health.
Recommended for celebrating important people such as the first Doll Festival, Shichigosan, graduation, 60th and 70th birthdays, and 50th wedding anniversaries.

Anniversary photo service
Would you like to capture important anniversaries, such as your wedding anniversary, silver wedding anniversary, the day you started dating, or a family member's birthday? A professional photographer will take photos of your special anniversary at the location of your choice.
■Price: 1 cut per book (mount included) 15,400 yen, additional copies 5,500 yen per book
