What is time-sharing in rental housing?
One year from the contract start date
Stays of up to 30 days are now possible!
Once you pay the rent, you will be able to stay for one year from the month of reservation start date for a maximum of three stays depending on the contract type: Timeshare 30 (maximum 30 days), Timeshare 20 (maximum 20 days), or Timeshare 10 (maximum 10 days).
In addition to staying in one room at a time, you can also split your stay into multiple periods (e.g. 4 days in April and 6 days in June).
Surrounded by pine forests, all rooms have ocean views, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing stay just like in a villa.

*An additional fee of ¥2,500 per person per stay will be charged for miscellaneous expenses (utilities, linens, restoration costs, etc.).
*Please note that if the hotel is fully booked, you may not be able to use our services.
*One day is defined as the period from 3:00 PM on the start date of use to 11:00 AM the following day.
* Cleaning, towel changes, and trash collection are subject to a fee.

Due to a review of our service provision system and sales plans, we have revised the rules regarding the handling of "peak seasons" in our timeshare plans as follows.
Please review the information beforehand before applying or using our services.
- Main changes (Exclusion of specific peak season days)
Previously, during peak seasons such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and the New Year period, a "special day rate (additional charge)" was applied. However, in order to maximize the number of general accommodation slots and alleviate congestion, these periods will no longer be eligible for reservations or use under timeshare membership rights. - Regarding who the rules apply to (distinguishing between old and new rules)
Depending on when you signed up for the contract or applied, the applicable rules will differ as follows:

⇒ The usual rules will apply. Even during peak seasons, you can make reservations and use our services at the usual "special day rates." Please come with peace of mind.

⇒ New rules will apply. During the following specific peak seasons, reservations and use of timeshare rights will not be accepted.
How to apply for timeshare
① Please contact SEAGAIA FOREST CONDOMINIUMS Management Office by phone or email to inquire or apply.
② We will mail you the timeshare application form, or hand it to you in person.
③ After filling out the application form and paying the fee, you can start using the service.
④ Timeshare reservations can be made up to 5 months in advance, including the current month.
For example, if you plan to stay in October, you can make your reservation from June 1st.
