At the Saitobaru Burial Mounds, where approximately 300,000 rapeseed flowers and 2,000 cherry trees bloom, you can witness a truly spectacular contrast between the pale pink cherry blossoms and the vast expanse of yellow rapeseed flowers. The scenery, where the historically romantic burial mounds harmonize with the spring flowers, is a special beauty that can only be found at this time of year.
For lunch, we'll be serving special rice balls from "Unagi no Irifune," a renowned and long-established eel restaurant in Miyazaki Prefecture. Enjoy the luxurious taste of these rice balls, packed with the delicious flavor of perfectly grilled eel, along with the beautiful spring scenery.
Enjoy a day filled with flowers, history, and delicious food while feeling the pleasant spring breeze. Families and friends are welcome, and solo travelers are also highly encouraged to participate.

A trip to Miyazaki Shrine where the 400-year-old "Ooshirafuji" tree, designated as a national natural monument, is in full bloom. Miyazaki Shrine enshrines Emperor Jimmu, considered the first emperor of Japan. Afterwards, you can visit the nearby "Jokiya Miyazaki Jingu Higashi Store" and enjoy their popular baked donuts.
