Nordic walking

Walking in beautiful nature surrounded by forests.
"Nordic walking" was introduced as a simple walking exercise using poles, based on the "ski walk" that cross-country skiers did as a summer training exercise to maintain and strengthen their physical strength.
It consumes more energy than regular walking and also has a slimming effect!
The resort's surroundings are recognized for its beautiful nature and safe, easy-to-walk environment, and it became Asia's first internationally certified course in October 2010. There are three types of courses available, from beginner courses to training courses, so you can choose one that suits your physical condition and preferences.
- Pole rental: 550 yen per hour
