ご注文をいただいてから、一皿ずつ丁寧にお作りするメイン料理に使用するのは、宮崎県えびの市産の「えびの高原卵」。霧島の大自然の恵みと、こだわり抜いた鶏の育て方から生まれた卵は、弾力があり、濃厚な味わいが特徴です。「綾ぶどう豚 きな粉香るエッグガレット」や「佐土原茄子のドレスオムレツ」、「宮崎の恵みを包んだオムレツ」などの卵料理からお選びください。

Ristorante ARCO, an Italian restaurant offering beautiful views of the horizon from the 42nd floor, will reopen on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
"ARCO" means "arch" in Italian. As the name suggests, the interior of the restaurant is lined with a series of arches of different designs, and the atmosphere changes as you pass through them. You can enjoy the experience of reading a story, chapter by chapter. The furniture, including tables, sofas, and carpets, has also been renewed. The beautiful space, which combines the elegance of medieval Europe with a modern essence, along with the Italian cuisine supervised by Chef Ochiai Tsutomu, will elevate your experience here to an even more exceptional one.
