The main dishes, which are carefully prepared one by one after you place your order, use "Ebino Kogen Eggs" from Ebino City, Miyazaki Prefecture. These eggs, produced from the bounty of Kirishima's nature and carefully raised chickens, are characterized by their elasticity and rich flavor. Choose from egg dishes such as "Aya Grape Pork Kinako-Scented Egg Galette," "Sadowara Eggplant Dress Omelet," and "Omelet Wrapped in the Bounty of Miyazaki."

Ristorante ARCO, an Italian restaurant offering beautiful views of the horizon from the 42nd floor, will reopen on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
"ARCO" means "arch" in Italian. As the name suggests, the interior of the restaurant is lined with a series of arches of different designs, and the atmosphere changes as you pass through them. You can enjoy the experience of reading a story, chapter by chapter. The furniture, including tables, sofas, and carpets, has also been renewed. The beautiful space, which combines the elegance of medieval Europe with a modern essence, along with the Italian cuisine supervised by Chef Ochiai Tsutomu, will elevate your experience here to an even more exceptional one.
