Shunsuke (hereinafter referred to SEAGAIA) will be selling the "Sadowara Eggplant and Garlic Bacon Burger," made with Sadowara eggplant, a traditional vegetable from Miyazaki, at "The BEACH BURGER HOUSE" for a limited time from October 8th to November 30th.

"The BEACH BURGER HOUSE" is a burger house that has been selected as one of Tabelog's Top 100 Hamburger Restaurants three times in a row, and since 2022 has been offering a limited-time hamburger series that allows you to enjoy the flavors of each season. Please enjoy this limited-edition burger available only this season.

This autumn-only burger features Sadohara eggplant, a taste of autumn. The Sadohara eggplant is deep-fried at high temperature and simply seasoned with salt and pepper to bring out its tender texture and natural flavor. Crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and garlic tomato sauce are combined with a juicy 100% beef patty, lettuce, and tomato, all sandwiched in a soft and fluffy bun. The result is an irresistible flavor.
