The BEACH BURGER HOUSE, which has been selected as one of Tabelog's "Top 100 Hamburger Restaurants" for two consecutive years, will be offering a seasonal hamburger series starting in 2022, allowing customers to enjoy the flavors of the season.
In spring 2026, we will be selling the Sakurahime Chicken Bacon and Egg Burger for a limited time from Thursday, March 5th to Monday, April 27th.
This season, when the green of Black Pine Forest and the blue sea are in beautiful harmony, is also a time when more people are enjoying outdoor activities such as walking and cycling. Enjoy this dish as a way to enrich your spring resort time.
The tender Sakurahime chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture is sauteed to a fragrant aroma and tossed in a special honey mustard sauce made with the natural sweetness of honey and apple cider vinegar. It's also sandwiched with spring-like sauteed rape blossoms and bacon, a fried egg, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It's finished with a thick, original sauce made with milk, cream, and mayonnaise. A soft, chewy bun gently envelops everything in this luxurious spring-only bacon and egg burger.
