Sun Beach Hitotsuba, adjacent to SEAGAIA area, is the only beautiful artificial beach in Miyazaki Prefecture. With a sandy beach stretching along a majestic the Black Pine Forest and an open coastal area, it's the perfect spot for a stroll with your dog.
The beach can be accessed via a promenade through the Black Pine Forest. The pine forest, surrounded by sunlight filtering through the trees and the scent of pine, filled with phytoncides, which are said to have a relaxing effect and gently soothe the body and mind.
There is also a paved promenade along the sea, so your dog can walk comfortably depending on their age and physical strength. There are fewer people around in the morning and evening, so it is recommended for those who want to take photos or enjoy a quiet stroll. Another great attraction is that it is within easy reach, making it easy to stop by during your stay.

The facility, which reopened in July 2025, features vibrant colors and is equipped with warm and inviting items such as wooden cages and beds, as well as dishes, pet sheets, and foot towels, making it a safe and comfortable place for even for first-time travelers.
Guests staying on the first floor can enjoy a barbecue using the brick stove located outside the guest room terrace, as well as a flexible stay in the rooms with kitchens.
