Aoshima Shrine

Aoshima Shrine is located almost in the center of Aoshima, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Its grounds cover the entire island of Aoshima, which is 1.5km in circumference.
It is widely known as a power spot for love, and is visited by many couples and female worshippers from all over the country. There are many places to see and make wishes, such as the "Ancient Prayers Path," a tunnel made of votive plaques, and the Couple's Bench.
Furthermore, the island is surrounded by a magnificent view, including the "Oni no Sentakuita" (Devil's Washboard), a national natural monument.
