Enjoying breakfast while looking out at the majestic Pacific Ocean below is the very definition of luxury.
Each main dish is carefully prepared after your order is placed, and is made with "Ebino Plateau Eggs" from Ebino City, Miyazaki Prefecture. These eggs, born from the bounty of Kirishima's natural environment and the meticulous care with which chickens are raised, are characterized by their chewy texture and rich flavor. Choose from five egg dishes, including "Ayabudo Pork Egg Galette with Kinako Flavor," "Sadowara Eggplant Dressed Omelette," and "Miyazaki Mushroom Omelette." Other items, such as salads, cheeses, and soups, are available in a half-buffet style.
In the early morning, you may encounter the fantastic "Sunrise Road" where the morning sun lights up the ocean. Be sure to experience this special morning.

The breakfast buffet menu has been revamped! Local Miyazaki dishes such as chilled soup and kamaage udon noodles will be available, along with daily specials such as chicken nanban, charcoal-grilled chicken, and original gyoza dumplings, all of which are unique to Miyazaki.
In addition, there is a wide selection of items that women will love, such as scrambled eggs, yogurt, a vegetable section, and fruit.
With a rich lineup of around 50 different Japanese and Western dishes, you can enjoy a moment that will satisfy both your body and mind from the morning.
