Indoor kids' park "KIDS OASIS"
Kids' park "KIDS OASIS" will open on the 3rd floor of PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER on Saturday, April 25, 2026!
The third floor has been completely renovated with an "oasis" theme, transforming it into a new play space. There are plenty of things to keep small children occupied, such as large play equipment, a Tarzan rope, block art, and a library corner. There are also play equipment and objects for infants, allowing parents and children to spend memorable times together.
The indoor pool has also been renovated with a colorful slide, allowing parents and children to enjoy themselves safely and securely regardless of the weather or temperature.
Kids Splash Area
The grassy area adjacent to PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER has been turned into a kids' splash area! This is an area that the whole family can enjoy, with an exciting zone centered around Bubble Hill, which is making its first appearance in Kyushu, as well as water slides.

Hot spring facility "Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU" "SHINGETSU
In addition to expanding the existing bathhouse SHINGETSU a hot spring facility adjacent to PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU" new open-air baths and indoor baths have been added, allowing guests to fully enjoy the scenery.

Front and lobby area
PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER 's second-floor front lobby area has been renovated to create a space filled with the hospitality of the jewel fruit, drenched in light and radiant with a luxurious sparkle, offering an even more comfortable and resort-like atmosphere.
SEAGAIA FOREST CONDOMINIUMS
The lobby in front of SEAGAIA FOREST CONDOMINIUMS will be renovated in July 2025. The new carpet features a gradation color that gradually changes from green to blue. This represents the location where guests first step into the forest upon arriving at the hotel, and then connect to the ocean through the views from their rooms and the nearby beach.
The furniture in the waiting lobby has also been renewed. In addition to sofas and hammocks arranged freely, a billiards table and board games have also been newly installed. This reflects the desire to create a space where guests can gather and interact casually.

Japanese restaurant "Himuka" will open on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Ocean45 LOUNGE & BAR
Cocktail Lounge "PACIFICA" will be renovated and reopened on Friday, March 13, 2026.
Based on the design concept of "Pacific Sanctuary," the bar offers a wide range of cocktails, including homemade mint mojitos, wines carefully selected by sommeliers, non-alcoholic cocktails, and soft drinks in an open space created by a vast atrium.
It will be transformed into a lobby lounge that caters to the various aspects of your resort stay.
Ristorante ARCO
Ristorante ARCO, an Italian restaurant offering beautiful views of the horizon from the 42nd floor, will reopen on Saturday, December 20, 2025.
"ARCO" means "arch" in Italian. As the name suggests, the interior of the restaurant is lined with a series of arches of different designs, and the atmosphere changes as you pass through them. You can enjoy the experience of reading a story, chapter by chapter. The furniture, including tables, sofas, and carpets, has also been renewed. The beautiful space, which combines the elegance of medieval Europe with a modern essence, along with the Italian cuisine supervised by Chef Ochiai Tsutomu, will elevate your experience here to an even more exceptional one.

Teppanyaki "FUKAMI"
On July 18th, 2025, Teppanyaki "FUKAMI", where you can enjoy Miyazaki beef, the most delicious in Japan, will undergo its first renovation since opening.
The space, presentation, and tableware have all been completely renewed under the theme of "returning to the origins of food." The chic walls and lighting harmonize, making the ingredients on the hot plate shine like the stars of a stage. A modern Japanese mural and bar counter have been newly installed at the entrance, making even waiting time a luxurious experience. The tableware that complements the food has also been redesigned with colors that evoke the image of earth. The plate serving "live abalone" in particular has a presence like a work of art. KUROBAR
The furniture at "KUROBAR," a bar exclusively for guests staying at PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER has been renewed.
The day pool bathed in shining sunlight, and the night pool with its fantastically flickering lights. We have created a relaxing space where you can enjoy swimming in your swimsuit after gazing at the different scenery.
The furniture is a rattan-style chair that is perfect for a tropical resort. The elegant curves of the chair envelop the entire body, and the woven paper cord and polyrattan create a comfortable seat with just the right amount of elasticity, and the design, along with the smooth texture of the wood, conforms to the body. The comfortable seating makes it easy to sit for long periods of time without getting tired, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
