In October and November, Pine Terrace will host the "Hokkaido Fair," where you can enjoy Hokkaido's regional cuisine and local gourmet food.
For lunch, we offer a selection of dishes incorporating Hokkaido's local flavors, while for dinner, we offer a wider variety of dishes unique to Hokkaido. Fair-exclusive desserts, including sweets inspired by the long-tailed tit, will be available at both lunch and dinner.

Autumn Firework Sky
Enjoy the fireworks display at SEAGAIA. For those who want to enjoy it up close, watch from your room. For those who want to enjoy it while relaxing at the resort, watch from the garden area. We also recommend watching the fireworks with your favorite cocktail. Experience the summer Firework Sky display up close, as the entire SEAGAIA area transforms into a prime viewing spot.
In addition, music will be streamed in sync with the fireworks display in all guest rooms at PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER and at "THE LIVING GARDEN," allowing guests to enjoy a spectacular combination of fireworks and music in an extraordinary setting.

Autumn Halloween Garden
The "Fireside Living Area" within "THE LIVING GARDEN" will be transformed into a space inspired by the autumn harvest festival and Halloween.
As you ascend the ramp from the entrance to the "Fireside Living Area," you'll be greeted by eerily smiling jack-o'-lantern sculptures and flickering ghosts. At night, the area is illuminated with ominously glowing lanterns, creating a festive Halloween atmosphere.
There's also a photo spot in front of "KUROBAR." Enjoy a stroll through the "Autumn Halloween Garden," which can be enjoyed both day and night, and is full of photo opportunities.
