The birthstone for April is the diamond. It symbolizes "eternal bonds" and "purity," and is a gemstone created by the Earth's activity hundreds of millions of years ago.
We have prepared a spring-like dessert featuring strawberry jam encased in cherry blossom-flavored mousse.
