PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER will be holding a limited-time "Strawberry Fair" from Sunday, March 1st to Thursday, April 30th, 2026.
During this period, all restaurants and bars in the hotel, including Garden Buffet "PINE TERRACE" will be serving menus using strawberries. You can enjoy seasonal strawberries in a variety of styles, including desserts, dishes, and cocktails.

The buffet's sweets corner offers a variety of desserts that combine milky ingredients with strawberries. A wide selection of eye-catching desserts is available, including a light and fluffy strawberry roll cake, strawberry-scented scones, strawberry tiramisu, strawberry-flavored warabimochi, strawberry-flavored melon bread, and the classic strawberry shortcake. There are 15 types of strawberry desserts available at dinnertime, and 8 types at lunchtime.
Strawberry Baumkuchen will also be available exclusively at dinner time on Saturdays and Sundays!

Miyazaki mugwort ice cream served with local strawberry sauce

The dessert served with the Himuka "Matsu" course will be a dessert created under the supervision of Executive Chef and Patissier Hiyoshi. It will feature ice cream made with mugwort from Miyazaki Prefecture and a strawberry sauce made from the prefecture.

Spring Recommendations

THE LIVING GARDEN will be transformed into a gorgeous, photogenic space with the theme of a "Spring Garden Party." There will also be a photo spot where you can take photos as if you are enjoying a party in a garden full of flowers. At night, the garden will be lit up, allowing you to experience a spring night surrounded by flowers and light.
Additionally, there will be a fireworks display during Golden Week, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular fireworks right in front of the hotel.
