The BEACH BURGER HOUSE, operated by PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT (Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture: President and CEO Shunsuke Yamamoto), which has been selected as one of Tabelog's Top 100 Hamburger Restaurants for the second consecutive year, will be offering a seasonal hamburger series starting in 2022.
This winter, we will be selling the "Miyazaki Beef Twin Slider" for a limited time from Friday, December 5, 2025 to Monday, February 9, 2026.
The Twin Slider is a set of two sliders, miniature burgers originating from the United States. The rich sweetness of the caramelized onions, which are slowly fried to bring out their umami and sweetness, further enhances the powerful flavor of the 100% Miyazaki beef patty. The crunchy texture of the baby leaves adds an exquisite accent, creating a perfectly balanced burger that you won't tire of until the very end.
