1. Construction of the new bathhouse at the hot spring facility "Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU""

■Hours / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sound check work 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
*The hot springs are available as usual.

2. Installation work for a waterslide in the pool area of Fitness Club "The Ocean Club"

■Location / Indoor pool inside Fitness Club "The Ocean Club" on the 3rd floor
■Dates / June 1st (Mon) - June 3rd (Wed), 2026 (3 days)
■Time / 8:00-18:00
*Due to construction work to install a water slide, the pool will be closed on the dates listed above. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Construction of a new outdoor splash area

■Location / Lawn area on the south side of THE LIVING GARDEN adjacent to the hotel
■Period / Until July 17, 2026 (Friday)
■Time / 8:00-18:00
*Please be aware that there will be noise throughout the day due to the use of heavy machinery.
