remarks	<Notes on use> Children aged 11 and over are welcome to use our club if accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 years of age or older). (All participants must wear swim caps, and preschool children must wear swimming trunks.) For hygiene reasons, please be sure to wear a swim cap when using the swimming pool. When using the training gym, please be sure to wear appropriate attire for training and training shoes for safety. Please refrain from using the facility if you have health problems and your doctor has prohibited you from exercising. We ask that those with ties to organized crime and those with tattoos refrain from using the facility.
