The buffet will feature a variety of eel dishes, both Japanese and Western, including grilled eel (kabayaki and shirayaki), pizza, tempura, and lighter, more refreshing options. You can also enjoy creating your own "mini unadon" by adding your favorite toppings to rice. Enjoy this stamina-boosting gourmet food, perfect for the upcoming hot season, to your heart's content.

Pine Terrace offers a variety of unique dishes, such as "uzaku," which combines eel with mozuku seaweed vinegar, and a pizza featuring grilled eel and scrambled eggs.

 

Our hand-rolled sushi corner offers over 10 kinds of ingredients, including grilled eel. Simply place the eel, shredded egg, and other ingredients on top of the rice to create your own original "mini eel rice bowl." You can also combine other ingredients to create your own unique eel rice bowl.
