(1) Regarding swimming in the pool
We'll experience the 200-meter lazy river and three water slides at Miyazaki City Phoenix Zoo.

• Lazy River Pool: Water depth 110 cm. Children who cannot touch the bottom should use the children's pool.
• Slider: Not available for children under 120 cm tall.
• Swimsuits with buttons or metal fasteners are not permitted on slides or waterslides.
• Swimming may not be possible during thunderstorms.

(2) Cancellation or modification of the program, etc.

• Summer school may be canceled due to inclement weather such as typhoons.
• In case of rain, the summer school itself is still scheduled to take place. If activities such as swimming in the pool cannot be carried out, the program will be changed to an alternative.
• Please note that we cannot refund participation fees even if the program content changes.

(3) Bringing in valuables
Please refrain from giving items to your child, as this may lead to loss or other problems.

• Wallets and money... you won't use any money during the program.
• Mobile phones and smartphones are not permitted during the program. If you must bring one for pick-up or other unavoidable reasons, we will keep it for you at the Florante office. In case of emergency, please call Florante Miyazaki at [0985-23-1510].
• Games and toys are not allowed.

(4) Others

• Please be aware that if we determine you are not feeling well at the time of registration on the day of the event, we may ask you to refrain from participating.
• During the program, we may provide sports drinks and candy as a measure against heatstroke.
  If you have any allergies or other reasons that prevent you from receiving this treatment, please let us know in advance.
• In cases of food allergies or other health concerns, we may request that a parent or guardian accompany the child. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand.

  * Swimsuits with buttons or metal fasteners are not permitted on slides or waterslides.
  * You are not allowed to bring toys such as inflatable rings.
• Sweat towel

• Please bring rain gear (umbrella, raincoat, etc.) only if it is raining or rain is expected.
