[Important] Request for cooperation in moving or staggering parking spaces due to expected parking lot congestion during the summer holidays (SEAGAIA FOREST CONDOMINIUMS & COTTAGES)
[Information and Request Regarding Parking of Specific Vehicles]
This applies to customers arriving by minibus, as well as customers arriving by campervan or other large vehicles (such as regular cargo vehicles with license plate classification numbers starting with "100").
・Our facility's general parking spaces are based on older standards, and there is a possibility that large vehicles or campervans may come into contact with neighboring vehicles or cause inconvenience when parking or exiting. To ensure that you can park your valuable vehicle safely and comfortably without damaging it, we recommend using the "SEAGAIA Tennis Club Parking Lot," which has ample parking space, as a priority parking area.
Guests arriving with two or more cars per room
・In order to allow all guests to use the on-site parking lot equally and smoothly, we kindly ask for your cooperation in parking only one car per room in the on-site parking lot, and parking any additional cars in the adjacent "SEAGAIA Tennis Club Parking Lot."
[A smooth process upon arrival]
First, please drop off your companions and all their luggage in front of the Forest Condominium entrance. Afterwards, please move and park your car in the tennis club parking lot.
[Regarding the transportation of your luggage]
We have more than 10 luggage carts (trolleys) available for your free use near the first floor of Forest Condominium.
If you have multiple pieces of luggage or heavy items, we recommend using a cart to easily bring them into your room.
Regarding the adjacent "SEAGAIA Tennis Club Parking Lot"
Distance to Forest Condominium (Front Desk): From the tennis club parking lot to the Forest Condominium front desk on the 2nd floor, where you can check in, it's a very short 5-minute walk (approximately 300m) along a beautiful walking path through a lush Black Pine Forest. You can also enjoy a pleasant forest stroll, feeling the crisp air and sunlight filtering through the trees.
