1. Construction of the new bathhouse at the hot spring facility, Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU"

■Location / Hot spring facility Hot Spring "SHOSENKYU" next to SHINGETSU
■Period / Until August 11, 2026 (Tuesday)
■Time / 8:00~18:00 (Sound production 11:00~14:00)
*The hot springs can be used as usual.

2. Installation of new hanging art in the atrium.

■Location / Above the "Ocean45 LOUNGE & BAR" on the 1st floor of the hotel, in the open atrium.
■Date / June 25, 2026 (Thursday)
■Time / 8:00-18:00
*Due to installation work, Ocean45 LOUNGE & BAR's opening hours will be changed to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 25th.

3. Construction of a new outdoor splash area

■Location / Lawn area on the south side of THE LIVING GARDEN adjacent to the hotel
■Period / Until July 17, 2026 (Friday)
■Time / 8:00-18:00
*Please be aware that there will be noise throughout the day due to the use of heavy machinery.
