Coach introduction
Koura Method
We offer lessons based on the Koura Method for beginners to advanced players.
[What is the Koura Method?]
The absolute basics of technique
In all sports, it has remained unchanged for 100 years.
What are the absolute basics?
Human body functions (muscles and skeletons are the same for everyone) have remained unchanged for 100 years.
By training this functionality, the degree of improvement of your technique will change.
The absolute fundamentals of Oura-ryu techniques are an absolute method that can be applied to all sports.
At our academy, we study and practice this method every day to ensure it is passed on correctly, and we strive to help our guests enjoy a fulfilling tennis life.
