Notice of changes to business operations due to renovation work
Fitness Club "The Ocean Club" will only be open as a training gym during the following period.
During this time, changing rooms and pools will be unavailable.
■ Period: Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 to Saturday, April 25th, 2026 (planned)
Free use for guests staying at PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER
Starting March 1, 2025, guests staying at PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER will be able to use The Fitness Club "The Ocean Club" free of charge.
Children are welcome to use the pool without a minimum age limit, provided they are accompanied by an adult, so you can swim in the pool even outside of summer!
- Free use until check-out date (swimsuit rental, training shoe rental, oxygen capsule, B-O-Dome, and lesson programs are available for a fee)
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (children's use is from 9:00 to 18:00)
- No swim caps are required when using the pool
- Regarding flotation devices, swim rings (under 150cm), arm floats, and life jackets are allowed to be brought on board.
* Restrictions may apply depending on usage.
*Please refrain from bringing beach balls, water guns, or other toys into the facility. - Children who require diapers must wear swim diapers.
- The training gym and sauna are available to those aged 16 and over.

- Single use: 2,000 yen for adults (entry and exit during the session is not permitted)
- One-day use: 3,400 yen for adults (can be used as many times as you like on the day)

・Please take a shower before using the pool or hot bath.
・Please do not run in the pool area.
・When using the pool, please wear swimwear and do not bring cotton clothing or towels into the water.
・Eyeglasses (including plastic), glass products, single-lens goggles, masks and snorkels, water guns, beach balls, large inflatable devices, and other toys that the lifeguards deem dangerous are not permitted into the pool.
(Floating rings, life jackets, arm floats, and pool goggles are permitted.)
・Please refrain from using swim rings in the hot bath.
・Please refrain from swimming in the hot bath.
・We will not allow people with tattoos to use the facility.
・Food is not permitted to be brought into the pool area.
(Drinks other than those made of glass, such as plastic bottles, can be brought in.)
・Diving (including with your feet), throwing, and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers are prohibited.
・Children under 140cm tall must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 20 or over wearing a swimsuit. We recommend that guests under 140cm tall use a float.
・Diapers are not permitted in the pool. Please wear a swimsuit or swimming trunks.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff while inside the facility.
・Customers who fall under the following categories will be denied use of the pool facilities.
People with infectious diseases, skin diseases, injuries, or other health problems
Organized crime affiliates
Those who drink excessive alcohol
Those who use sunscreen
Those who do not follow the instructions of the staff
If you do not follow the above regulations, you may be asked to leave the facility.
