Ristorante ARCO began serving breakfast on the 5th of last month. The buffet includes the chef's signature main dish, made with eggs from Miyazaki Prefecture, as well as salads, cheese, and soup, offering the charm of an elegant morning with a spectacular view from the 42nd floor of PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER.

Ristorante ARCO is an Italian restaurant overlooking the horizon that reopened on December 20th of last year. As you walk through the restaurant's elegant atmosphere, with its distinctive multiple arches, you'll see Black Pine Forest and the majestic Pacific Ocean below you on your left. The swaying of the waves in the morning sun and the blue of the horizon intertwine with the green of the trees create a stunning contrast. Enjoy an elegant morning in this one-of-a-kind location that SEAGAIA is proud of, all to yourself.

The main dish is a choice of egg dishes.
We use "Ebino Plateau Eggs" which are produced on a naturally rich farm located at the foot of the Ebino Plateau in Miyazaki Prefecture, with a focus on feed for the parent hens and a stress-free breeding environment.

We would like to introduce two dishes recommended by our editors out of the five dishes that the chef is proud of, which use carefully selected eggs and vegetables and meat from the prefecture!
*By the way, six new items are scheduled to be released in late February! I'm looking forward to it!

Ayabudo Pork and Roasted Soybean Flour Egg Galette

ARCO's original egg galette is a crispy, thinly baked round galette topped with a poached egg. The slices are made from Ayabudo pork, a brand of pork from Ayacho, Miyazaki Prefecture, and have a tender, refreshing taste. The galette, which has a subtle aroma of soybean flour that locks in the umami of the meat, is topped with a soft, runny egg yolk, creating a rich, mellow flavor that fills your mouth.

Sadowara eggplant dressed omelette

This fluffy egg dress omelet is made with Sadowara eggplant, a local vegetable beloved by locals. The unique, creamy texture of the Sadowara eggplant wrapped in the omelet is irresistible. The egg melts in your mouth as it intertwines with the egg, creating a refined flavor. This dish is elegant in both appearance and taste, and is one of the chef's pride and joy.

You can also enjoy buffet dishes such as salads, soups, and cheeses.

Breakfast at ARCO is served in a half-buffet style, and includes salads, cheese, soup, and more made with locally grown vegetables!

In addition to the classic orange juice, the drinks corner offers a full lineup of drinks, including milk from Kawaminami Town in Miyazaki Prefecture and sparkling wine from Tsuno Wine, produced in Tsuno Town.

ARCO breakfast is available free of charge to guests staying on the club floor. Guests staying on other floors who have a breakfast voucher can also enjoy breakfast for an additional 500 yen!

THE LIVING GARDEN will be transformed into a gorgeous, photogenic space with the theme of a "Spring Garden Party." There will also be a photo spot where you can take photos as if you are enjoying a party in a garden full of flowers.
