Japanese restaurant "Himuka" will open on the first floor of PHOENIX SEAGAIA OCEAN TOWER on Friday, March 13, 2026.

We offer a variety of dishes that express the bounty of Miyazaki's sea, mountains, and land, as well as the aesthetic sense of Japanese cuisine. From kaiseki cuisine that reflects the four seasons, to sushi that highlights the craftsmanship of our artisans, to the warmth of hot pot that will soothe your soul, we have a wide variety of dishes to satisfy both everyday and special occasions.

The store's design is based on the concept of "a space that harmonizes the essence and charm of Japanese culture," and embodies the timeless "royal path of Japanese culture." Genuine materials such as wood, stone, and earth, along with the skills of artisans, create a space that exudes the warmth of Miyazaki within a tranquil and dignified appearance.
