Thank you for your continued patronage of PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT. We are reminding you that the deadline for procedures regarding whether or not you wish to receive "GoTo Pass" membership is approaching. Please note that this information is also being sent to members who have already opted out of their "GoTo Pass" membership.

We are pleased to announce that SPMC members will now be able to receive membership in the "GoTo Pass" program (no enrollment fee or annual fee), which is operated by Iconia Hospitality Co., Ltd. and in which our company is a participating company.
The service is scheduled to be available from Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Please note that no action is required to receive GoTo Pass membership.

Based on the concept of "Take your life beyond your imagination," please take advantage of the loyalty program "GoTo Pass," which allows you to "save and spend" points at the more than 180 diverse facilities operated by the Iconia Hospitality Group.

*SPMC and GoTo Pass points cannot be earned or used in combination.

If you do not wish to be granted GoTo Pass membership status, please complete the procedure using the following survey form by Wednesday, May 6th.

To members who have already registered for "GoTo Pass"
If the email addresses registered with "GoTo Pass" and "SPMC" are different, you will be newly granted "GoTo Pass" membership. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please complete the procedure using the survey form as described above.

Please note that if you do not take action by the deadline, you will be automatically granted "GoTo Pass" membership, but you can cancel your membership at any time from the "GoTo Pass" member website.
